Establishing ISO 9001 documentation involves creating essential records like the Quality Manual, Quality Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, Key Performance Indicators, and Scope, plus processes for controlling all "documented information" (procedures, work instructions, records) needed for your Quality Management System (QMS) to function effectively and prove conformity, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and strict version control.

Establishing the processes necessary for ISO certification can be daunting. We will provide the internal audit to ensure the team is aware of the expectations on them, and will mimic an actual audit just as a third-party auditor will do.

We will forgo training during this audit as we seek a realistic environment for the team and leadership to assimilate with an actual audit.

CERTIFICATION AUDIT & CERTIFICATION

We will prepare your leadership and team to be ready for the final certification audit. This is a critical audit and what we have worked so hard for. At this point, Phoenix Consulting USA cannot be the point person for the audit. This is to be completed by the company president or designated manager. We will be with you in a consulting capacity and we will assist in clearing any Non-Conformances found during the audit to meet the objectives of certification.

Just as we do an annual physical for our personal health, shouldn’t we do an annual checkup on our business health?

This is a two-day evaluation. Day 1 – Day 2 (am) - We will focus on processes that you may feel are lacking. We will evaluate and the processes and seek a more efficient alternative. Day 2 (pm) - We will do a safety evaluation to improve the safety within your facility for your employees. We will supply you with a detailed report on how to improve your process and what you can do to improve safety within your facility.
